Flourless (Grains and Legumes) Bread by Rainier Organic Bakery

Sprouts and raw foods have been around for millions of years. Rainier Bakery, in Auburn, Washington has put love into their loaves since 1945, and make a line of organic sprouted and flourless breads. I tried their Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread. Because they mix 100% whole grain and legumes, their breads have a high protein quality, as much as 84% of the standard, and contains all 9 essential amino acids - "we got ourselves a complete protein here"! Besides contributing quality protein, this bread contains 4 grams fiber per slice, and puts an "om my gosh - yum" smell in the kitchen when toasted. The 4:9 refers to a biblical reference: "Take also unto thee wheat and barley and beans and lentils and millet and spelt and put them in one vessel, and make bread of it..."
